of that just bause WotLK isoming

I'd tually suggest not doing any of that just bause WotLK isoming out in like 10 days. Keep getting Ret gear and when the expansionomes just start leveling. Don't waste your time and effort getting blues from instaes that you will be able to reple in aouple of weeks.

I leveled from 10 to 70 as prot, but yesterday I finally got both my holy and ret sets to 100% ep, and went tohk on my tank stuff. Four blues. This saddens me. And I am going to be so annoyed to have part ep plus part green.

so all the numbers for RV dot not stk wereomming out to be a loss in DPS. i took a look at the dirion of RV and realized something. my question is, am i understanding this right. before is just raisedrit damage by 40% whh means 240%rits. now its takes 40% of its total damage and adds a dot. before 1000 DS wouldrit for 2400 now a 1000 DS willrit for 2000 and have a 800 damage dot. for a total of 2800 with no refreshes. so even if the nonstking makes the talent only 50% efftive due to refreshes, its still the same DPS or more if you dont end up with refreshes.
That's how I read what was talking about. An overall buff to damage, but less damage on the hugerits that people whined about being killed by 2 of. And last I read, he wants to make it stkable. In PvP though, RV gets hit pretty hard by resiliee. It requires arit, gets its base damage from therit damage, and is then a DoT. And it's dispellable.
The DoT DOES stk, in the same way as Deep Wounds. Give it a try on a stunned target... wait for a Divine Stormrit and wah the DoT tks; they should be 10% of your initialrit (10% x 4 tks = 40%). Oe the DoT is tking, stun the target and hit it with Judgement ofommand for a guaranteedrit; the new tks will be the average of the remaining old damge plus the new damage. It does stk, just not in an obvious way. It's a buff to sustained DPS, and only a minor PvP nerf. EDIT: By the way, cording to an implation in a , RV is intended to pr even if therit that prced it is prevented by Resiliee, thus eliminating one of the three Resiliee-based resistaes to its output. This is tually better for Arena PvP where Resi is usuallyapped out, and although it is dispellable that does mean someone has to burn a dispel on a minor, short-duration DoT instead of possible hitting a mh more expensive lk or SP DoT.
