From what Ian tell I should have more 90agil for referee is 1.0rit and 4rit rating is rit. He has 128agil more than me, whh is around 1.4rit more. He has 55rit rating +12.16rit, while I have 71rit rate +15.60rit minus that 1.4% 14.2% or so....
