there is no gcd on ss, just .5 secs. and to get to an as of 1.5 secs is damn near impossible, that would mean almost 50haste wouldnt it? granted im talking about normal shots, not rapid fire, trinkets and anything else. So you may have problems with clipping during those times, but just doing autos for 10-15 secs would still be more dps.-Taatonkaa- 80 Tauren Warrior

Okay, you guys can all laugh, I know I don't believe it and it only happened by my own stupidity, but I may have stumbled across something totally wierd.
About a month ago, I was doing an instance then logged off afterwards. I logged back in next on our groups normal Arena night. Well, everyone was ready to go and I was late so before I knew it we were in our first match and I hadn't changed ANY of my pet settings from when I was instancing.
Now, I didn't notice this for the first 8 matches but I was wondering why my pet was dying so much. I then noticed I'd left growl on, claw...

There's nothing else like it in videogaming, a fact which makes perfect sense to its players - but is frankly baffling to non-players, and those who don't understand the appeal of the online worlds presented by massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs, or simply MMOs). Perhaps because WOW is so huge, so impossible to ignore, it polarises opinions.
Yet all of this can sometimes serve to obscure the most important thing about World of Warcraft. Strip away the hype, the numbers, the media coverage and the debate, and what you're left with is simply a superb game. A game crafted with skill, love and obsessive perfectionism by an exceptionally talented team at the company that built it, Blizzard Entertainment.
If we want to talk about that game - rather than the baggage it has accumulated over the years - it makes sense to go all the way back to the beginning.

Industry veteran Dave Perry has released a video demonstrating Gaikai, an upcoming cloud-based service that can be used to stream games and other software in near real-time from a remote server to an internet-connected computer.
Unlike OnLive, which requires a specialized application, Perry claims that Gaikai only requires a Flash-capable web browser. The below video sees him run through several pieces of software, including World of Warcraft, Spore, Mario Kart 64, and Photoshop.
